I called to see if my stylist would be in. I went at the time they indicated she would be there. She wasn't there, but they said she would be back in 20-25 minutes. I left and came back about 30 minutes later. After a few minutes they said she now would be back in about 20 minutes. Obviously my time was not important to them. I can understand the first time, since we all slip up, but not the second time. There are too many other barber shops to put up with this type of service.
